First Coast No More Homeless Pets is looking to add skilled veterinary technicians to our team for our state of the art low cost, high quality veterinary clinic. Targeting to end economic euthanasia, we are expanding services and hours to the community and need to grow our team of vet techs. Candidates must have experience in animal restraint, venipuncture, intravenous catheter placement, radiology, anesthesia monitoring and the ability to aid in emergency diagnostic testing and procedures. We are looking for a technician that is able to triage incoming emergencies in addition to aiding our veterinarians in providing high quality care to our hospitalized patients. Being a high volume clinic, excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic is a must. A caring and compassionate attitude is required of all team members. This is a full time evening/overnight position requiring rotating weekends and holiday availability. Certified veterinary technicians are preferred but two year minimum experience is required. A sign-on bonus up to $500 will be offered to candidates contingent on certification or experience.
