Energetic, outgoing associate needed for a fun and growing mixed animal practice in northern WI. We are looking for a person with a passion for our profession and a desire to have great relationships with coworkers, clients, and community. With 2 clinics the practice offers great resources for a wide range of services as well as great learning and mentorship opportunities. This position is in our Phillips office which is a majority small animal but the large animal services are growing steadily. Top quality services for both small and large animals are provided with a friendly and experienced staff. Small animal services include preventative care, surgery, laser therapy, ultrasound, radiology, in house lab, and more. Opportunities for developing areas of individual interest and services to the clients are expanding with the clinic. Dairy and cattle services include ultrasound herd health, Dairy Comp, bio-security testing, milk quality programs, and farm employee training. Clients range in size from 40 to 2500 cows. We offer a wide range of on farm equine services including basic preventative care, reproductive services, spinal manipulation therapy, and dental services. A trailer in facility at the Athens clinic allows us to refer animals for services including reproductive services, in depth dental procedures, and some surgical services. The opportunities for personal activities and recreation are varied and include outdoor activities, beautiful scenery, and a variety of community activities.
