Our owner, Dr. Krislyn DeLeon did an externship in Alaska and accepted a position here at Mt. McKinley after she graduated. And she bought the hospital in 2005! It’s been growing ever since. Compensation ($80-120K depending on experience), production, full medical including vision and dental, 4% 401K match, $5K for relocation expenses, continuing medical education stipend and time off, association memberships, paid time off.
