Exciting opportunity for an experienced registered veterinary technician to join the amazing team at Stone House Animal Hospital in Topeka, KS. Stone House has been a long member of the Topeka community and prides itself on the best client service and patient care! This is a full-time position!

The practice is AAHA accredited with a unique approach as a walk-in facility. We also operate an open hospital and believe in fear-free practices and a strong approach to pain management.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a valid KS RVT license
• Have experience performing venipuncture and IV Catheterization & be comfortable demonstrating and teaching teammates
• Be proficient in medical calculations
• Be proficient in performing veterinary anesthesia- including induction and monitoring of the patient
• Enjoy a collaborative and education sharing environment
• Be confident leading a Technician Driven Floor
• Enjoy working with clients and educating them about pet care
• Enjoy working with a great team and being a team player
