Our practice is located in Easton, MD, surrounded by other quaint towns such as St. Michaels and Oxford. The area boasts a small town feel with fun store-lined streets, delightful restaurants, street fairs and farmers markets. High quality neighboring schools, gyms, recreation center and a few big box stores.
We are looking for a new member of our doctor team that is focused on excellent customer service and strong compassionate patient care that is motivated to be a team player and strong leader.
We are looking for a mixed animal doctor with a strong equine focus. (Keep us in mind even if you are exclusive equine and looking for a change to small animal or mixed animal.) New grads are encouraged to apply, we offer lots of support in the transition to practice along with strong mentorship and opportunity to grow all while keeping a healthy work life balance.
The ideal candidate would be able to take on equine and small ruminant cases, help out in small animal when needed and capable of sharing large animal on-call with 2-3 other doctors. We also see a growing number of exotics and avian patients and we have two in house theriogenologists. Puppies, kittens and foals abound!
We have 2 fully stocked ambulatory vehicles, a 2 stall hospital area with stocks, a DR unit, ultrasound and power float. We are expanding our equine services so come grow with us!

- Strong people skills, a positive attitude, and be flexible and open to change.
- Comprehensive dentistry, anesthesia and critical care experience is a plus.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply as mentorship and training is available.
- A Maryland Sate Veterinary Board License in good standing, or able to obtain one.
- DEA Licensure and USDA Accreditation are appreciated.
