Our top priority is our team’s wellbeing, which is why we put special emphasis on flexible schedules. As the Clinical Director at Beacon Falls, you will make your own schedule. Dreaming of three-day work weeks, to be home for dinner every night with your family, or off on the weekends to enjoy all that our area has to offer? That can become a reality here! All staff are eligible for benefits starting at a minimum of 30 hours a week. Our hours are Monday through Friday, closed early at 12pm every Saturday, and closed completely every Sunday!
There are many other ways we support your wellbeing:

- 100% employer paid short and long term disability coverage
- up to 75% employer contribution for health insurance
- minimum of three weeks paid vacation and one week paid sick leave
- flexible spending accounts for out-of-pocket medical expenses and dependent care
We put our full trust and support in our medical care team to meet medical standards and provide quality pet care. We offer plenty of growth and educational opportunities:
- paid CE days, plus course, conference, and travel reimbursement (we fully encourage you to explore emerging programs you are interested in, such as laser therapy, acupuncture, and programs for advancing dental and surgical skills)
- mentorship from our network of experienced doctors and leadership team
- personal and professional development opportunities
- free access to VetBloom virtual CE courses
We offer competitive salaries with multiple compensation models including production salary (paid out on a monthly basis with no negative accruals). You’ll receive a 401(k) plan with employer match, fully paid AVMA and NYVMA memberships as well as license renewals and PLIT. We do offer relocation reimbursement.
As the Clinical Director of our hospital, you’ll act as a leader in the hospital with a multi-faceted role. In the role of a CD, you’ll oversee a wide variety of responsibilities from leading & supervising the clinic team to working with the Hospital Manager on finances. While the vast majority of your time will be spent on the clinic floor, you’ll spend on average around 10-15% of your time on your leadership duties. You’ll get to work with a Regional Operations Manager and the Hospital Manager to achieve high standards and provide superior pet patient care.
