Leadership Development - You will work alongside the Practice Manager and have the creative freedom to bring in your leadership style while influencing positive behavior and outcomes through training, development, and timely feedback in developing effective local teams.

Communication- Maintaining a regular, disciplined rhythm of communication that maintains focus on priorities and goals is a core responsibility in leading our team.

Strategic Growth- Championing change and best medical practices to establish goals and facilitate success alongside the practice leaders & team members.

Client Connections- Lead by example to help promote, encourage, and ensure all hospital team members maintain positive relationships with clients and each other while providing the highest degree of customer service.
