Seeking veterinarians for an established large veterinary practice on the north shore of Massachusetts. Excellent benefits with a unique prospect for immediate equity ownership and the opportunity to share in the sale proceeds upon the consummation of a sale. No monetary investment required. Percentage will be based on a 3 year contract and hours worked. Full-time is preferred, but we can be flexible. This arrangement may involve a bonus of approximately 
$100,000 annually for 3 years in addition to salary.  A potentially lucrative 'sweat equity' investment opportunity may be available as well.

COMPENSATION:
