Ham Lake Veterinary Hospital is a two-doctor practice dedicated to providing the highest level of veterinary medicine as well as friendly, compassionate care. We are dog and cat focused, assisted by a diligent and skilled support staff consisting of one certified veterinary technician, four veterinary technicians, six veterinary assistants, three receptionists, one kennel assistant and an amazing practice manager. We are looking to add a veterinarian to our group of highly trained and experienced animal lovers. We would like someone that above everything else is friendly and helpful that works well with our team. We are a team with a shared goal of helping our client's pets feel better. Teamwork, cooperation, communication is all important to both the new graduate and seasoned veterinarians.
We have a highly cohesive, friendly, self-driven team. We like to do a group outing/get together every couple of months. We strive to protect our lunch breaks and often eat lunch as team (order in food, get treats) AND have time set aside during the day to be able to sit, eat and relax a bit.
Our clientele is very passionate about their pets. We have several clients with multiple pets that are willing to go above and beyond with their care. They are open to whatever services we recommend, and many go to referral/specialists if needed.
Full and part-time positions available.
