For decades we've utilized modern equipment, continued education, and multiple skilled certified veterinary technicians and assistants to help serve our loyal and extensive clientele. We are a predominantly small animal practice but support a small portion of large animal and equine services. We continue to evolve as the need for veterinary care changes, and we strive to be the best providers in our community.
We are looking for an experienced veterinarian to lead our thriving practice. We enjoy an excellent work environment that allows us to prioritize high-quality care. Our practice is collaborative, well-organized, and well-equipped, so you will have no issues ensuring it continues to be efficiently run. Our team treats one another with respect and encouragement, and we are so excited to welcome our next Managing DVM with open arms!

Process: We want to make things easy on you! 1. Apply 2. Set up an initial call with the practice representative. Schedule a visit to the practice to meet the team! (We promise not to ask what your greatest weakness is!)
A commitment to lifestyle focus: What is most important to you outside of veterinary medicine? We want to ensure a balance between your personal and professional priorities.
Schedule: We offer a fixed 4-day work week and 1 Saturday a month with no on-call.
Compensation: Let’s talk! Lay out your expectations upfront. We consider each candidate individually, taking into account their skills and experience, to offer compensation that allows you to live comfortably.
PTO-3 weeks vacation/sick days that we don’t make impossible to use!
Management: Maintain an open line of communication with your leadership team. You will be heard and taken seriously!
Continued Education: Ample CE allowance and FREE internal CE opportunities, including wet labs!
Professional growth support: Medical autonomy, support of new implementations brought to the practice, workshops, and retreats dedicated to professional development.
Mentorship: We offer a multi-day training program to learn the business end of managing a practice to support managing DVMs stepping into their new leadership role.
Helping Hands: Have an adequate number of skilled support staff by your side, with a 1:2 doctor-to-tech/assistant ratio. Focus on your patients, and let your techs do what they do best!
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, company-paid short-term disability, 401(k), and Roth(k). If enrolled, a monthly stipend to cover your individual health insurance premium is also included.
We’ve got you covered: Liability coverage, State Licensure dues, DEA Registration, AVMA and state VMA memberships, and any other associated memberships will also be paid for should they become due during employment.
