Hiring: Director of Veterinary Services • Associate Veterinarian (FT/PT/Relief/Seasonal) Compensation:
Director: $120,000–$150,000 + up to $20,000 signing bonus
Associate: $80,000–$130,000 (FT/PT) • Relief $850/day + up to $15,000 signing bonus
MCPAWS Veterinary Hospital is expanding and seeking compassionate, skilled veterinarians to join our nonprofit, community-focused practice in beautiful McCall, Idaho. Director of Veterinary Services
Lead medical operations, mentor veterinary staff, shape protocols, and provide high-quality clinical care. This role partners closely with leadership on budgets, staffing, KPIs, and strategic planning. Strong surgical skills and 5+ years of experience required. Opportunity for expanded leadership and potential ownership for the right candidate.
Associate Veterinarian (FT/PT/Seasonal/Relief)
Provide general medicine, diagnostics, surgery, and spay/neuter services for community pets and shelter animals. Flexible scheduling available. Ideal for veterinarians seeking a supportive team, mission-driven work, and a balanced lifestyle in a mountain resort town.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited veterinary college
Currently licensed in Idaho to practice veterinary medicine or ability to obtain a license upon hire
Qualified and eligible to obtain Idaho state pharmacy license and DEA license
